  • Yes—once a sales order is entered or received, it’s automatically assigned for fulfillment based on the preassigned location and inventory status. Users can override this and reassign fulfillment as needed. Orders can also be split into multiple fulfillments, each generating its own invoice.

  • Yes, you can apply discounts directly to individual SKUs, or at checkout to a specific collection or the entire order.

  • Yes, you can assign a price list and volume discounts tailored to each specific customer down to their specific locations.

  • Palletfy supports migration of customer and vendor data (companies and contacts) as well as product information and inventory. If you’re using Shopify, product and inventory migration can be seamless. As an early adopter, you’ll receive our full support to ensure a smooth migration process.
